Our Wines — Handcrafted at Our San Diego Vineyard in Jamul, CA

Each Hillside Ranch Vineyard wine is a reflection of our land, our family, and our passion for small-lot craftsmanship. We produce limited quantities to ensure quality and individuality in every vintage — wines that embody the balance between San Diego’s warm days, cool nights, and rugged granite soils. Estate grown and crafted at our San Diego vineyard in Jamul.

Current estate releases:

• Viognier – Fragrant and smooth, with peach, apricot, and floral notes.
• Sauvignon Blanc – Bright, crisp, and refreshing with citrus and minerality.
• Sauvignon Blanc – Wild Ferment – A naturally fermented wine with texture and depth, highlighting the native character of our vineyard.
• Rosé of Syrah – Fresh and vibrant with hints of strawberry, melon, and rose petals.
• Pinot Noir – Elegant and aromatic with red fruit and spice.
• Syrah – Full-bodied with rich dark fruit, pepper, and earthy undertones.

Each year, we also purchase select grapes from neighboring vineyards – for blending, or just to try something new. Some recent examples include Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Riesling – used in our first ever orange wine.

Our wines are crafted at our family ranch in Jamul, combining hands-on winemaking with minimal intervention. Whether from our own vines or select vineyards across East County and Dulzura, each bottle tells the story of handcrafted San Diego wine at its finest. We’re proud to be one of the few working vineyards near San Diego, CA crafting wines entirely in the San Diego area — from vine to bottle at our Jamul estate.
