We spent two days this week bottling our 2025 white wines and Rosé — all hands on deck with help from friends and family. 2,450 bottles, 204 cases.

In addition to our usual lineup of Sauvignon Blanc, wild-ferment Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier, and Rosé of Syrah, this year we added a Riesling orange wine we’re pretty excited about. Orange wine — also known as skin-contact wine — is made by letting the grape skins stay in contact with the juice during fermentation, something typically skipped for white wines. The result is an amber hue and a slightly earthy, complex character.

We do the entire bottling process ourselves: filter, bottle, cork, foil, label, box. It sounds tedious, but there’s something satisfying about watching cases stack up, knowing what went into growing and making the wine. Good people around helps too.

These wines are nearly ready. Stay tuned.
