New At Hillside Ranch Vineyard

We’ve been hard at work at Hillside Ranch Vineyard bringing our dream of becoming a boutique winery to life—serving the greater San Diego County area. Construction of our production facility and tasting room is complete! We are currently open for tasting by appointment only and plan to open to the public in early 2026 – stay tuned!

Hillside Ranch has proudly been part of the Jamul community since 1971. We’re inspired by the area’s agricultural renaissance and look forward to honoring both its colorful history and vibrant future in our tasting room—offering not just our handcrafted wines but also products from the local region.
